Lessons must be booked in sets of 10 sessions.
The payment of any pack of lessons will be due no later than a week before the first lesson, upfront and in full.
You can reschedule a maximum of 2 lessons out of 10 and always notifying a week to 3 days in advance.
Any cancellation must be made 24h before the lesson otherwise the session will be fully charged.
Please, note that any changes must be notified from 9 am to 6 pm via email.
Lessons will expire within 1 year. If the student hasn't taken the lessons within a year, they will be automatically cancelled and no money will be refunded.
